ABOUT THE SUSTAINABILITY TECH AWARD
WE’RE CHAMPIONING THE TECHNOLOGY CREATING INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS THAT LIMIT THE ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIETAL IMPACT OF CLIMATE CHANGE.
As the future of our planet hangs in the balance, we believe that technology has a role to play both in reducing our carbon footprint and by becoming an enabler of sustainability. We’re not alone in this belief. There is a groundswell of incredible projects and game-changing innovations leveraging technology for a sustainable future across all sectors.
The inaugural Capgemini Sustainability Tech Award celebrates those organization and people already on this sustainable IT journey. It follows the successful Sustainability Tech Forum launched by Capgemini in the Nordics in November 2021.
Our region has an appetite for innovation and a vision to be the most sustainable region in the world. The Capgemini Sustainability Tech Award aims to help bring that vision to life.

MÄRTHA REHNBERG
KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Märtha Rehnberg is a climate freak by heart, political economist by training, entrepreneur and policy-advocate by practice. She is the co-founder of Copenhagen-based think-tank DareDisrupt, specialized in responsible disruption and exponential technologies. Märtha’s drive lies in creating better visions for the future. For her, it’s not about a crystal ball, or about predicting the future. It is rather about understanding how our dreams and visions about the future have a performative effect in the present. If our dreams are big enough and vocalized smart enough, they attract attention, talent, capital and, eventually, they self-actualize.
In her talks, Märtha demonstrates how our so called “technological intuition” is at the center of creating powerful visions. With a perspective on this decade’s new technologies and the radical business models they ignite, she dares you to lean into the future with curiosity, courage and a mindset of action.
